Refund Policy

The short version: 7-day no-questions-asked refund on your first Aurafy Pro purchase. One refund per account, lifetime. Email our contact form from your account email to request.

Email our contact form from the address on your Aurafy account. Tell us:

You'll get a reply within 1 business day. If you qualify, the refund is processed via Stripe within 24 hours. Stripe usually returns the money to your card within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

4. What happens to your account

When you receive a refund:

If you were referred by an affiliate and refund within 7 days, the affiliate's commission on your purchase is also clawed back. This is automatic and doesn't affect you.

6. Annual plans

The same 7-day window applies to annual subscriptions ($79/year). Beyond 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable; you keep Pro access until the end of the year you paid for.

Heads up: Aurafy is built by one person and priced accordingly. We can't offer pro-rated mid-cycle refunds or extended trial periods. The 7-day window is meant to be generous enough that you can actually test the product through at least one trading week.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank instead of emailing us, your account is automatically suspended pending resolution. We'd much rather you email us — refund requests get answered same-day in nearly every case. Chargebacks cost both of us time and money.
