Refund Policy

The short version: 7-day no-questions-asked refund on your first Aurafy Pro purchase. One refund per account, lifetime. Email our
contact form from your account email to request.
1. When you can get a refund
You qualify for a refund if all three are true:
- The purchase is your first ever Aurafy Pro payment
- You're requesting within 7 calendar days of that first payment
- You haven't already been refunded on any prior Aurafy purchase
2. When you can't
- Renewals — only your very first purchase qualifies. If you subscribed monthly and let it auto-renew, the renewal payment is non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
- After 7 days — even one minute past the 7×24h window, the refund window closes.
- Repeat refund cycles — buying, refunding, then buying again later isn't allowed. We track this per account.
- Account terminated for ToS violation — if your account is suspended for breaking the Terms of Service, no refund is owed.
3. How to request
Email our contact form from the address on your Aurafy account. Tell us:
- That you want a refund
- (Optional) Why — feedback helps us improve, but we don't require it
You'll get a reply within 1 business day. If you qualify, the refund is processed via Stripe within 24 hours. Stripe usually returns the money to your card within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
4. What happens to your account
When you receive a refund:
- Your subscription is canceled immediately
- Your account flips back to the Free plan
- Your data stays — trades, journal entries, settings are preserved. You can keep using the Free tier or upgrade again later (but won't be eligible for another refund)
5. Affiliate referrals + refunds
If you were referred by an affiliate and refund within 7 days, the affiliate's commission on your purchase is also clawed back. This is automatic and doesn't affect you.
6. Annual plans
The same 7-day window applies to annual subscriptions ($79/year). Beyond 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable; you keep Pro access until the end of the year you paid for.
Heads up: Aurafy is built by one person and priced accordingly. We can't offer pro-rated mid-cycle refunds or extended trial periods. The 7-day window is meant to be generous enough that you can actually test the product through at least one trading week.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank instead of emailing us, your account is automatically suspended pending resolution. We'd much rather you email us — refund requests get answered same-day in nearly every case. Chargebacks cost both of us time and money.
